Aquajogging, Aqua Power and Bootcamp are intensive lessons to train various muscles. Aquajogging and Aqua Power are lessons in deep water and Bootcamp in shallow water.
Aquaslim is a special lesson for those who want to loose weight. This is a course of 8 weeks and provide also advise about healthy food. During the course you can go lane swimming for free.
